What you think about is it important?
Yes it is very important, but I would like to discuss what you think about WHILE YOU EAT. Is that important? Yes, it is very important. When you have nice pleasant and grateful thoughts/words while you eat, your food will digest much better and that in turn will make your health increase. Simple huh? Just remember if to think happy thoughts all the time, not just when you eat, and the benefits of grateful thoughts are never ending.
