Do you wake up tired?
We should wake up refreshed. I used to wake up tired. And go to bed tired. Whew!
Now I wake up refreshed and ready for the day! What made the difference for me?
I started a supplement program of Shaklee's Energizing Soy Protein and their Multi Vitamin. I did it as directed and after a number of days I felt brand new.
Digestive Problems? My friend is having less & less digestive problems as she is applying a few changes: chewing her food longer, as recommended and she found out to not drink anything one half hour before and after eating. This also helps aid in your digestion. (she is learning from a book she is reading)

Want to tone up those muscles? While sitting? Yes it is true. Sit on a firm chair and make your feet move up and down like you are marching. You are exercising your whole lower body including your hips. Yea!! Exercising while sitting, does in fact work!! Have fun! Be healthy!

Trouble with static cling? I read, to put a safety pin on your clothes and away goes the static cling!!! Does it work?
Have you heard of the book "Eat for your Blood type"? I did give it a glance and it does make a lot of sense. Many of the things they say I can see within my family. Begin your new year by eating some of the goods things for your blood type. See if it makes a difference. I bet it will. It sure did for me and my family. :) :)
